Culturally Fluent Parenting 90-day Cohort
The program aims to help transracial adoptive parents develop greater self-awareness, as well as situational, historical, and cultural awareness. Participants will create a vision for culturally fluent parenting and build an intentional plan for their growth.
Format:
A skills-based, topic-driven learning approach featuring a mix of live interactive sessions, self-paced knowledge building, guided practices, and weekly challenges.
Transracial Parenting Assessment:
At the start of the program, participants will complete a Transracial Parenting Assessment to:
Identify your strengths and areas for growth in transracial parenting.
Provide a baseline to measure your progress throughout the cohort.
Highlight key areas where you may need additional support or resources.
